WATER TESTING SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Microbiology department of University College, Hampanakatte Mangalore,following water testing facilities are available for all.<\/p>\n

  1. Physical test<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Chemical Test \u2013PH, Total Hardness, Chloride, fluoride, Nitrite, Iron<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Microbiological test (by MPN-Most probable number)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Water samples from Well, Bore well, Pond, stream, RO water plant ,Overhead tank , Aquaguard, Hotel, food industry, Hotels ,Bakery industry and etc. are tested here.<\/li>\n
    • For Microbiological test, water must be brought in a sterile water bottle. Sterile bottles can be collected from Microbiology department.<\/li>\n
    • Physical and Chemical water testing reports can be given in one day.<\/li>\n
    • Microbiological Water testing report can be given after 3 days.<\/li>\n
    • Physical and chemical water testing fees \u2013Rs 400\/-<\/li>\n
    • Microbiological water testing fees-Rs 400\/-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Timings :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 9:30 am – 4:30 pm on Monday to Friday<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • 9:30 am – 12:15 pm on Saturday<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Department is Closed on Sunday and on Govt. holidays.<\/strong><\/p>\n
